Building toward export: what we are working on now

Export is an ambition we are working toward openly, not a service we offer today. Here is where we actually are.
We are frequently asked whether VOREXA can move produce outside Tanzania. The honest answer today is that we supply local and regional buyers, and export is a direction we are building toward step by step.
Serving export markets is not simply a matter of finding a buyer abroad. It requires consistent volume from a reliable supplier base, documented grading standards, traceability back to the farm, appropriate storage and handling, and the certifications each destination market demands. Skipping any of these produces one shipment and no second order.
Our current focus is the foundation. That means growing the aggregation network so volumes are predictable, standardising how we grade and record each lot, and strengthening relationships with reliable transporters and storage partners.
We will say clearly on this site when export capability moves from ambition to service. Until then, anything we label as export related is marked as expanding, and we would rather under promise to farmers and buyers than the opposite.
